Welcome to IntegerAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IntegerAI website, developer dashboard, API endpoints, and credibility analysis services ("Services") provided by IntegerAI Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account or calling our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and IntegerAI Technologies, Bangalore, India.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including all generated API keys. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or API keys.

2. Usage Rules and API Licensing

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our APIs and Services for your application or business.

• No Abuse: You shall not use our Services to automate spam, generate malicious content, or bypass rate-limiting systems.
• Integrity: You must not reverse-engineer the algorithms or attempt to exploit backend models.
• Attribution: API integration is permitted solely for PAYG and Enterprise tiers. Full white-label branding and custom domain routing are restricted to the Enterprise tier. Free tier usage requires standard attribution (e.g., "Powered by IntegerAI"); paid tiers (Base, PAYG, and Enterprise) are exempt from mandatory attribution.

3. Billing, Plans, and Credit Expiration

• Base Plan: Base plans are billed monthly. Unused credits expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over.
• Pay-as-you-go (PAYG): PAYG requires pre-purchasing a credit balance (minimum top-up of $15 USD or INR equivalent). Credits on PAYG remain active for 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase. Any unused credits after 2 years will automatically expire.
• Charges: Credit charges are computed based on word count processed (1 credit per 100 words, rounded up).

4. Disclaimers and Verdict Limits

IntegerAI provides credibility analytics using automated AI processing and live search comparisons. Our reports, scores, and verdicts are helper indicators and do not constitute legal, medical, or formal professional advice. We offer no warranty that the verdicts are 100% error-free or that public sources cross-referenced are fully accurate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, IntegerAI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or reputation) arising out of or connected to the use or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 3 months.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
