IntegerAI Technologies is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We process and manage data in accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder (including the IT SPDI Rules, 2011).

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password, and subscription tier.
• Analysis Log Data: We collect query metadata (timestamp, word count, credits charged, processing latency) for billing, usage charts, and audit histories.
• API Keys: We generate and securely hash your API keys. We never store plain-text API keys in our databases.

2. Processing of Document Content

When you submit articles, text, or headlines for Fact-Check, Bias, Readability, Summariser, or Headline Analysis:

• We process your document text solely to perform the requested credibility assessment.
• Data Retention: We do not store the full body of your submitted text permanently. Full text inputs are held temporarily in volatile memory during API execution and are immediately discarded upon completion. Only short summary phrases (for history logging) and metadata counts are retained.
• Third-Party Processing: Submissions are processed through our secure algorithms and trusted, privacy-compliant AI providers (such as Anthropic and Google Cloud API nodes). Your data is never sold or used for training models.

3. Data Location and Governance

Our primary databases and secure cloud infrastructure are hosted on servers located in secure cloud environments. By accessing our services, you consent to the processing and storage of your information. We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures (under Section 43A of the Indian IT Act) to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, correct, or delete your account records at any time. To request account deletion or query audit history deletion, please contact our support desk. All data deletions will be executed in our database within 30 business days.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy as our suite expands. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification of any major revisions. Your continued use of the services after changes constitute your acceptance.
